  1. Steam all the vegetables except onion and garlic with 1.cup water in a cooker.and salt (1/2 t.spoon.) Switch off the gas just after first whistle.
  2. Now heat oil in a karahi,add all whole garam masala,garlic and onion.Saute.for a 4-5 minute. Add steamed vegetables and salt.Add thin coconut milk and cook.for.5 min.Switch off the gas.Add thick coconut into it.
  3. Heat oil 1 tb.spoon.add curry patta and mix it Switch off the gas.Pour it over the stew.
  4. Your delicious vegetable stew is ready to serve.Serve it with idiyappam.
